When you feel and look your best, it not only affects your outward appearance, but it affects you emotionally as well. I know that for myself, after a hard-hitting weight lifting session or some fat-burning cardio, my day is going to be awesome.”

This is exactly the mantra that I live by every day. Working out 6 days per week can be quite a physical strain, but when done correctly, with the right progressions, weight and rest periods, your body will thank you. This is exactly how I want to help make YOU feel!
